Extremely easy to make, and pretty good.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce
Takes a little bit of time and precision to correctly cook, but its pretty easy if you know what youre doing. I am a relatively new cook, and I have cooked this successfully three or four times. Very tasty too, and good for leftovers.

Braised Balsamic Chicken
Pretty easy to make, pretty tasty. I had it over a bed of linguini, may have been better over rice. Will definitely cook it again at least once.
