I've been cooking since I was able to read a cookbook. It's like an art to me. I've rarely had a complaint about my cooking. It's what I want to do for a living. I'm really in to cultural cooking. Cooking different dishes from different nationalities. Especially irish, meditatraian and jamician. Every christmas i bake cookies with my grandmother, mother, and daughters. It's a tradition. My first cake I made was a german chocolate cake. I left it in to long and it was hard as a rock.
