Strawberry Cake I
I followed this recipe exactly and I was surprised at how thick the batter was. I baked this recipe in a 6x6 and a 4.4x4.5 pan and it burned on the top and was still batter in the middle. I threw it out. This may have worked in a 9x13 pan but most cake recipes are more versatile.

Speedy Oven Fudge
I was definitely disappointed, my fudge didn't set. It was barely firm enough to cut, it would have been great for a fudge brownie frosting. I followed the directions exactly...maybe I did something wrong? I gave it 3 stars because I think there is hope with this recipe based on the other reviews.

Party Pinwheels
Excellent! I've made these countless times, my family loves them. I follow the recipe exactly, with the whole pack of ranch mix, delicious! It does take a lot of prep time and it's pretty messy to make, and I use 5 shells instead of 4. I find it easier to use the tortilla shells that are room temp at the grocery, the refrigerated ones crack when rolling. This recipe is worth the effort. I don't plate the ends so my husband gets to eat those!
