About this Cook
I'm Canadian and moved to the U.S 7 years ago. I have a beautiful little boy. I love working out, sports- anything physical. My son and I go walking and jogging everyday. I love the outdoors no matter the season:)
My favorite things to cook
Anything healthy that has all the food groups involved. My son and I aren't fond of meat so I tend to make a lot of vegetarian dishes. I have been trying to integrate some meat into our diet since it has been getting difficult to ensure we are getting enough protein. I have always had a love for baking~ haven't done it much since the birth of my son and my change in lifestyle to more healthy eating. I'm always open to new ideas:)

Cream of Mushroom Soup I
This is the best Cream of Mushroom soup I have ever tasted!! Yummmy! I didn't have Sherry so I used Apple Cider Vinegar- I also used a variety of mushrooms and full cream since I didn't have half and half. It was simply delicious. Thank you!

Carrot Souffle
Excellent! Tastes like a wonderful treat. I used some brown sugar and added cinnamon but other that followed the recipe and it turned out wonderfully. Thanks!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This was simply to die for! Wonderful. We didn't even use the wine instead we used the chicken broth and it was still fantastic. We will definitely try the wine next time!! Great dish- thank you!
