I'm Canadian and moved to the U.S 7 years ago. I have a beautiful little boy. I love working out, sports- anything physical. My son and I go walking and jogging everyday. I love the outdoors no matter the season:) Anything healthy that has all the food groups involved. My son and I aren't fond of meat so I tend to make a lot of vegetarian dishes. I have been trying to integrate some meat into our diet since it has been getting difficult to ensure we are getting enough protein. I have always had a love for baking~ haven't done it much since the birth of my son and my change in lifestyle to more healthy eating. I'm always open to new ideas:)
