Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
Not impressed! After reading many reviews, I thought I would give this recipe a try. I ended up with a dry almost cornmeal texture so i added another 1/2 cup of butter and salvaged the mixture. The final result was dry, and just average. If I wanted average, I would have tried a recipe that had just average reviews.
