Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

soooo good....I filled at least 40 mushrooms with that stuffing recipe....Gary must have been filling Portobellos or something. Super yummy....I even made them with vegan cream cheese because I have a dairy allergy...no one knew the difference and everyone loved them. Next time I'll probably leave out the crab because I had some picky guests and you couldn't really taste it anyway.

Jet Swirl Pizza Appetizers

Awesome! I made a ton of different apps for a party and this was the only things that was completely gone at the end of the night! I have a dairy allergy and I made this with Vegan cheese.....no one knew the difference!! Awesome and easy....will definitely make these again

super yummy...great with coffee. I didn't have the patience for the frosting, but I bet it'd be great for a more sweet cookie taste....these were more like muffin tops.

Apple Crisp II

I thought this was great.....even though I forgot the water...oops. I also thought htere was way too much sugar...I 1/2 the recipe and that would be a whole cup of sugar in the entire recipe...gross. So I just scanted the sugar portions and thought it was wonderful, especially with vanilla ice cream.

Cherry-Blueberry Pie

Wow... I made this for father's day dinner. My mom said it was the best pie she had ever tasted in her life...I don't know about that, but it was amazing...the cinnimon was an unexpected delight....I wouldn't change a thing!

Baked Beans II

I used less brown sugar and I still thought it was grossly sweet. However, my family loved it and raved that they were the greatest and sweetest beans they've ever had....so if you like sweet beans go for it, but it's not for me....OR make sure the store bought beans are sugar free before you add more.

really good, but the raw onions took over and that's really all you taste. Next time I would either cook them a bit first, use dehydrated minced onions or just omit them all together.

Supreme Strawberry Topping

not the best, but I suppose that's my fault. I used agave syrup instead of sugar, but then it was way too runny....I ended up having to add about a tablespoon of cornstarch and it thickened right up...I put it over Belgian waffles with powdered sugar...yum!

Whole Grain Waffles

yum.....a little ry and boring alone, but I made the "Supreme Strawberry Topping" to go on it and then sprinkled a bit of powdered sugar on them....amazing! I also used oatmeal because I did not have flax seed meal....yum, will definitely make again (without feeling too guilty about eating all those carbs!)

Carrot Cake III

Wonderful! I just wish I had figured out before I grated all the carrots by hand that you can do it in the food processor much more easily. I made it dairy-free using substitutes (allergies in my family) and everyone loved it!

French Bread Rolls to Die For

I definitely would not die for these though they were good. The only thing I changed was using whole wheat flour, but I'm gussing that made things very different. Good, but no need to make them regularly.

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

really good and really simple. I made it with lemon cake mix and did 1/4 c. Earth Balance 1/2 c. applesauce (healthier). The batter was really sticky so I had to use wax paper to spread it.....really yummy though! Great Sunday brunch treat!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I just made the meatballs....they we're definitely good, but not amazing....didn't add the cheese due to allergies....but it tasted like it was missing flavor....maybe add some red pepper or something with some zing next time.

Indian Chicken Curry I

SOOOO good! Some minor changes we made was using 1/2 the can of tomato sauce and using only 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts....the more sauce the better! It was great, especially because we had the spicy curry. I served mine over couscous and sprinkled it all with green peas. Yummy!

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

I made this for my grandfather who is the biggest pie critic I know. He complimented me because he said it was the perfect balance of sweet and sour and the bottom crust was done....overall he was impressed. Oh and I left the butter out as suggested. I even like it!

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

These were ok. I thought the flavor was fine, but they were still alittle dry...I had to poor applesauce on my plate to eat one. Also, my husband said he like them, but he would normally eat two and he only ate one.....just dry....I won't make these again.
