Iced Pumpkin Cookies
super yummy...great with coffee. I didn't have the patience for the frosting, but I bet it'd be great for a more sweet cookie taste....these were more like muffin tops.

Apple Crisp II
I thought this was great.....even though I forgot the water...oops. I also thought htere was way too much sugar...I 1/2 the recipe and that would be a whole cup of sugar in the entire recipe...gross. So I just scanted the sugar portions and thought it was wonderful, especially with vanilla ice cream.

Cherry-Blueberry Pie
Wow... I made this for father's day dinner. My mom said it was the best pie she had ever tasted in her life...I don't know about that, but it was amazing...the cinnimon was an unexpected delight....I wouldn't change a thing!
