Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
I love hot sauce and have made this a few times. Usually, I don't even make a sandwich out of it. I just eat the chicken by itself. Very quick and easy. I prefer to use Louisiana hot sauce, its a little less peppery and very cheap to buy.

Chicken Lasagna II
My fiance ate this up rather quickly- He went back for thirds and then the next day finished it off completely! To me, it was just okay. I'll definitely make this again for him.

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps
I skipped the cheese so that is diet friendly for me. Still very good. Great concept. I like having these in the freezer so as to use when I don't want to cook or if I'm running late and don't have time to pack a lunch in the mornings.
