Grilled Rock Lobster Tails
This was a really good marinade for lobsters. I used regular lobsters. Will definitely make again.

Cajun Seafood Pasta
This recipe was very good. I didn't have heavy cream so I used Campbell's condensed soup instead and mixed it with some water. It turned out very good. Will definitely do again.

Thai Style Shrimp
This was really good. I followed some other advice and reduce the liquid content. Turned out really good. The chef even got a kiss.
