My mom makes a recipie similar to this that I love! I used 1/4 cup of lemon juice, no fruit at all, and just mixed ingredients by hand with a rubber spatula. I also added a few drops of yellow food coloring since there was no confetti in my pie. My recipie only is enough for one pie that chills in the freezer for a few hours. Love, love, love, have always just called it lemon pie.

I followed this recipe exactly and they are the best I have ever had. I made giant dough balls for very big cookies. Don't over bake. In the future i may try to play with the amount of sugar and try using applesauce instead of butter just to make it even more healthy. But if that does not work I'll be using it as is. Thanks for a great cookie!

very good! My garlic cloves were a little on the small side so the paste was very thin. I just brushed it on and followed the recipe. My kids loved it!
