Don Struble's Puerto Rican Pork Roast

I had been waiting to try this recipe for a while, and I'm glad I finally got around to it! Whether it is authentic or not, it is so tasty and so unique! I used a boneless pork roast and it came out fantastic. Great taste! So original!

Tangy Sliced Pork Sandwiches

Great recipe! I followed the original recipe and decided there was not enough sauce, so I added beef broth. Then I decided there was too much sauce and thickened it up with cornstarch! Next time I will follow the recipe exactly! This is delicious.
