About this Cook
I came to the US at age 2 as my father served in the USAF in England. I'm currently working in Engineering Dept at a local hospital. I get more enjoyment out of smiling faces that enjoy my cooking than anything else.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
Amazing, it's hard to mess this recipe up as you can add cans of almost anything and it comes out good. I add just a little cumin and chili powder and shredded chicken breasts.It's really fast to make if your in a hurry. Just dump everything in a pot and waith until hot

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties
These are great, if you like cucumbers, you had better make a lot of them as they go really fast.

Pecan Pie Bars I
I made these for a Thanksgiving desert, because a pecan pie just had too many calories. Now my inlaws expect me to bring to every get together. I've even made a batch for my daughter and her fiance to take home to North Carolina. Everybody loves them.
