I came to the US at age 2 as my father served in the USAF in England. I'm currently working in Engineering Dept at a local hospital. I get more enjoyment out of smiling faces that enjoy my cooking than anything else.

Best Ever Tuna Salad
It took a little longer to throw it all together, but once you start eating it, it's hard to stop. I followed the recipe to the letter but added some diced Pimentos. The taste makes it a keeper for my family. Thanks.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
This stuff is addicting, my friends love it and I've also served a big bowl of it to my son and his friends whenever they're here for a get together. It always goes way too fast.

Apple Cole Slaw
This is a great dish, I've made it several times and once for a company meal. Everybody that has tried it loves it.
