About this Cook
I came to the US at age 2 as my father served in the USAF in England. I'm currently working in Engineering Dept at a local hospital. I get more enjoyment out of smiling faces that enjoy my cooking than anything else.

Burrito Pie
This was 5 stars good. You can adjust the heat by using mild, medium or hot salsa. I'll make this again and again. Thanks for the recipe

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This was good, I added 1/2 cup of diced onions, 1 cup of diced green bell pepper. I cut the garlic back to 4 cloves and I added 16 oz of sliced mushrooms during the last 20 minutes. I think next time I may add a can of tomato sauce as the sauce seemed a little thin.I added dice onion and about a teaspoon of hamburger grill seasoning to meatballs.

Double Tomato Bruschetta
This was astounding, I made it for a family get together and everybody was blown away. I've made it again two other times. I did use canned petite diced tomatoes (drained),added a little diced onion and a couple of tablespoons of Capers then melted Havarti cheese over it. It's definately a keeper.
