Eggplant Parmesan II
this was my first attempt at eggplant parm and i am glad that i used this recipe to make it!! it used to be all i ordered at the olive garden but this was sooooo much better! my husband and my TWO year old loved it! thank you for sharing your wonderful recipe!

Hot Chicken Dip
this is a really good crock-pot recipe as well. i've used this as a base but i like it with some salsa or taco seasoning in it. some finely chopped onions are nice as well...and velveeta.
