Double Chocolate Biscotti
This was great. I did double+ the cocoa and added a bit of sugar. I also left in the oven cooling 10 min. on the second batch and they were crispier. I am making more tonight!

Chocolate Toffee Cookies II
MMMmmmm...This cookie was great! I omitted the toffee and rum. I used extra vanilla and pecans and they were still delicious. Great warm out of the oven or the next day.

Carrot Zucchini Bread
This was great! I used whole wheat pastry flour, and think I will add a little more brown sugar next time. My family loved it, thank you.
