Garlic Chive Chicken

This was great. I put it over brown rice instead of noodles. I would also recommend doubling the sauce. It was the best part.

Italian Sausage Soup II

It was pretty good, but I think next time I'll leave out the noodles. The sausage and the rest was the best part, I thought the noodles got in the way. Very tasty, though.

This is the best hummus I've had so far. I keep trying to find the perfect recipe for hummus. I think it's the green olives that make it for me. I'm going to try some other additions as well. But NICE JOB! Thanks.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

I added a bunch of raw sugar on top to make a sweet crust. And when serving leftovers, I put more sugar on it before microwaving. I guess we just like sweet corn casseroles.

Fruit Dip

Flank Steak Pinwheels

I think I chose a bad piece of meat, because it was tough. That's not the recipe's fault, it's mine. I absolutely LOVED the marinade. I use it for many other pieces of meat now. I also loved the filling of the steak. Next time I might speak to a butcher or something... I've never been good with steak.

Golden Rum Cake

Made this for my boss' birthday. Absolutely perfect. We were all a little buzzed by 9am. I think I probably added extra rum. You know how it goes when you bake with liquor... one shot for the recipe, two shots for the baker. Thank you very much for a great recipe. Very (hiccup) enjoyable! :)

Peanut Butter Cornflake Crunch Bars

These were good. I did alter the recipe based on the other reviews and I received good feedback. And I added chocolate on top. The next day, they were soggy, though. Oh well. Still good.

Easy Baklava

This was awesome! Everyone at work said it was better than any restaurant baklava they'd every had. I had never used phyllo dough before, so I had some trouble, but with enough butter and nut mixture, it still worked out great. And I loved pouring the hot sugar mix over the top. Awesome!

American Lasagna

I doubled the sauce and added italian sausage with the pound of ground beef. I also cooked it for 40 minutes covered, then 20 minutes uncovered. I thought this was perfect, exactly the way I wanted it. I'm giving it a four star rating because of my variations.

Hearty Chicken Vegetable Soup I

This is wonderful! I was very excited to find this recipe because I wanted chicken soup with tons of vegetables in it. This is the winner! PS. I also added a can of green beans and a can of corn (both drained). I'm just so excited to have this recipe. :)

Sweet Potato Casserole II

The best ever!!! I made this for the holidays and it was soooo delicious. It was the hit of the dinner. Thank you for a new twist on an old favorite. (Although, some youngsters complained of no marshmallows, but surprise surprise, they had seconds anyway.)

Denise's Peanut Chicken

I loved it. My husband liked it. He thought too many peanuts. Also, I tossed in a ton of curry because, well, we like curry. I think that really pepped it up.
