I am currently living in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with my husband Matt and two pet mice Larry and Bruce. I enjoy outdoor activities, reading, shopping, movies, scrapbooking and paper crafts. I like baking mostly. Cakes and pies and cookies are always good. I also like making salads, like potato salad and coleslaw. I like trying new casseroles, those are always the best for quick dinners. My family is big on grilling. My mom makes great ribs and steaks. We used to always have crablegs on Christmas Eve, but I haven't attempted that yet. My husband's favorites are enchiladas, manicotti and chili. Thanksgiving is a favorite meal, too. I haven't made a bad turkey yet. I'm proud that I know my meatloaf recipe by heart, I just throw it all together and stick it in the oven. My husband is impressed, but it doesn't take much to impress him. :) We love seafood, but I'm horrible at cooking it. I can never tell if fish is undercooked or overcooked, but it never tastes as good as in a restaurant. I also can't make a macaroon to save my life. And I have no idea why it never works.
