Black Bean and Salsa Soup
Wow - really quick and delicious! I only blended half of the black beans, because I like a little more texture in soup; I also ended up adding half a can of refried beans because I tend to like thicker soup than this made - I thought it was a bit thin. I used chicken stock because it's what I had on hand, and added a little lemon juice and cilantro at the end to give it a little more kick.

New England Potato Soup
used bacon instead of ham because that's what we had on hand - and added a little white wine. really, really good!

Roasted Pork Loin
Really good marinade! We cooked this on the grill rather than in the oven, and used herbes de Provence instead of just rosemary. Also added a little horseradish mustard (because we like spice!). That said, this marinade made the pork incredibly tender and flavorful.
