Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! The topping is wonderful!!! My husband did the pork chops on the grill while I made the topping on the stove top. I have never really had a pork chop recipe I loved, until now. This would be great served with a side of fresh asparagus. This topping would be good on almost anything. Can't wait to have it again!!!!

Anniversary Chicken I

This was overrated in my opinion. I would not make it again. The ter. basting sauce and bacon bits gave it an overpowering salty taste. Maybe it would be better with real bacon?? I probably won't make this again.

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

Very good! I used these to make peanut butter blossoms. I like bite sized cookies so I made them smaller and reduced the cooking time to 9 minutes, removed from oven, added the kiss and cooled them on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes. They were perfect! Would definitely make again!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

DO NOT MICROWAVE THIS! Bake it in the oven for 30 min. on 350. I also increase the jalapenos to 4 oz. This is always a hit served with bread pieces.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Easy and good! Made it exactly the way the recipe states using Sweet Baby Rays Original BBQ sauce. I highly recommend buying bakery sandwich/sub rolls instead of hamburger buns.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

A new favorite! This is very tasty and soooo easy to make. Resturant quality. Followed the recipe exactly, however next time I would add a little more tomato and white wine, only because I like a lot of sauce (personal preference). I highly suggest adding this one to the recipe box. UPDATE-made this again, and doubled the amount of white wine and added an extra tomato. I also served it with 1/2 pound of angel hair instead of 1 pound of linguini. With the adaptations, I would give it 10 stars!

Spinach and Feta Pita Bake

This is by far one of the best recipes from this site! If you haven't made it yet you need to! I made it exactly as the recipe states and it was a hit with all who tried-and it is sooooo easy to make. I can't wait to host a luncheon just so I can serve this. The oil can be omitted to cut back on fat a little. SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cream Cheese Squares

These were easy and good-my two favorite things! I used a basting brush to lightly coat the top with butter. This was plenty of butter-and WAY less than what the recipe calls for. I definately prefered these after they chilled in the fridge.

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

This is very good and easy to make. I did take the advice of other reviewers and reduced the amount of pasta by 1/2. Next time I will also add a can of diced tomatoes for additional liquid and veggies! I omitted the salt, thinking that soups are usually too salty for my taste, but I would not do that again next time. Without it, it tasted like it needed salt. Served with salad and Italian bread this makes a great easy make ahead meal.
