Fresh Cherry Cobbler
Crunchy-on-top-old-fashion-goody! I added 1/2t vanilla, a few drops of almond flavoring and baked in 7 x 11 pan. Will add more cherries next time for decadence.

Chocolate Heart Cookies
I made these last year for a Valentine Tea. They turned out so well everyone thought I bought them. Since I like dark chocolate better than white, I reversed some-- dipped sides in dark chocolate and drizzled with the white--just as effective. I used the exact recipe but did chill the dough before cutting. Putting the melted chocolate bowl in a bowl of hot water will keep it the right consistency for dipping.

Lemon Pecan Pound Cake
I found this recipe trying to replace a lost one. Omitted the nuts which weren't in old recipe and baked in 9-inch Bundt pan (smaller than the usual one). You could use a 9 x 5 loaf pan also. There were 12 generous servings with peaches and whipped cream.
