Sweet Corn Muffins
I discovered at the last minute that I was out of cornmeal, but I had masa flour so I used 1 cup regular flour and 1 cup masa. They came out deliciously light and sweet. The family gobbled them up - I'll make these often, with these changes.

Always A Winner Grilled Chicken
Pretty good, but not outstanding. Really... 20 ingredients for a "quick" recipe for a working mother? Could cut out half of this stuff and it would still work just as well and would better fit into my definition of quick.
