Four-Cheese Macaroni
I've made this recipe twice now and it's come out very nicely. The only change I make is I don't boil the flour and butter roux two minutes...or even one. I do boil once the milk is added. Good eating! Thank you so much!

Herbed Lentils and Rice
This wasn't too bad. I let it bake a bit too long and so it was dry, but the flavour was very pleasant...I enjoyed smelling it as it was baking. I paired it with the Chicken Breasts in Lime Sauce here and rather enjoyed the coupling.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce
We really liked this one a lot...the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I did change up the sauce a bit. I didn't use quite as much butter and added a little chicken broth and thickened it some. But the presentation was gorgeous...I loved the green of the chives and the dill. It was really easy to make this and admittedly I didn't want to cook....
