My cooking triumphs
I've never made bread before this year and am really enjoying it. I can't get enough of it and will never buy bread again.
My cooking tragedies
I onced mixed up cornflour with icing sugar. After adding a ridiculous amount of icing sugar to my stir fry I couldn't understand why the sauce wouldn't thicken. by the time i realised my mistake the main meal became a dessert!! It was awful!

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies
These cookies were yummy and tasted better as they got a little older. For a bit of variation, sprinkle equal proportions of cinnamon, ground cloves, brown sugar and ground almonds on top of some of the cookies to make spiced chocolate cookies.
