Just made this for the first time, and my husband and I loved it! We did double the recipe, and made a few substitutions:
- cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs
- tomato and onion tossed in the food processor instead of the salsa and bell peppers
- Southwestern seasoning, red chili powder and mustard powder instead of lemon pepper
It was delicious and since I recently started Weight Watchers, I was delighted that it's only 2 points per serving!
