on christmas eve we always make stuffed shells, petals, fish and tossed salad
My cooking triumphs
i successfully made creme brule. i didn't like it much, but it turned out pretty.
My cooking tragedies
a couple of years ago, i made meatloaf. instead of two teaspoons of salt, i put two tablespoons in. then, the bread i tore up and put in wasn't small enough and the meatloaf had big chunks of soggy bread in it. it was horrible.
