Pennsylvania Coal Region Barbecue
I'm from NE PA so I really though this was real barbecue growing up. This is just like my mother's recipe and a staple at all of our family gatherings. So easy with great results AND you basically always have these ingredients on hand. As some other reviewers added, green peppers are a good addition if you have on hand but not a necessity.

Sausage-Stuffed Loaf
This is great for parties, cut up in small pieces as a filling appetizer or a main course. I was trying to find the recipe that my Italian aunt used to make and this is extremely close. I reduced the mozzarella cheese to 3 cups and substitued the parm with romano and increased to about 3/4 of a cup but that was just to duplicate what she used to make. I'm sure the recipe is good as is too.

Harvest Pork Stew
My husband told me it was the best bowl of soup he's ever had! I personally don't like the texture of the apples but they really add something to the flavor so I wouldn't omit them, but maybe cut them smaller next time.
