I am a stay at home Mom with two beautiful daughters. I love to cook but have to follow recipes. I love to eat and I work out so I can!!!! We just moved to Bellingham, WA after living in Boise, ID all of my life. I have been happily married now for 5 yrs.
My favorite things to cook
We are huge pasta and Italian food lovers. We love breads and of course desserts of all kinds. We also love to BBQ and try yummy new things.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family was big on using what you had so there were many interesting things on the menu that probably had no recipes. Very traditional.
My cooking triumphs
I have attempted my first crab dinner and it turned out fabulous. We live by the ocean now so there is lots of seafood options. YUM!!
My cooking tragedies
I cannot make a cheesecake to save my life and the first time I used my new springform pan I snapped the side still holding the cake and it was dog food after that.
