Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Oh boy this WONDERFUL! Very rich and moist with a great chocolate flavor. The chocolate chips take it to the next level of goodness. I topped mine with chocolate fudge that did not set up, wow was it delectable.

Baked Potato Soup

Texas Pork Ribs

Tender, spicy, moist and lip smacking good! I reduced salt as recommended and served the bbq sauce on the side. I baked mine covered for 2 1/2 hrs then uncovered the final hour and basted them to prevent too much drying. Thanks for a great recipe!

Couldn't be any easier as long as you remember to line your pan with aluminum foil. Sweet, a hint of spice, slightly salty, chewy-crisp all in one bite. This recipe is a winner.

Double Chocolate Cookies by EAGLE BRAND®

These are so good! Rich and chocolatey and very moist. I used peanut butter chips because that's all I had. I took mine out at 8 min and let them finish baking on the pan, they came out a lot like a gooey butter cookie.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mini OREO Surprise Cupcakes

Winner! Made mine in a 9 x 13 pan, baked 45 min. I put 1/2 the batter in the pan, carefully spooned cream cheese mix on, then layered (course crushed) oreos next, then added the remaining batter. Topped with buttercream frosting. Truly moist and delicious.

Key West Chicken

Recipe sounded so good I couldn't wait, so I had to try it using lemon juice since I didn't have lime. Boy am I glad I did! I marinated it about 5 hrs and added a dozen large shrimp the final hour. My son devoured both breasts and ate all the shrimp, then gave it 2 thumbs up! Thanks Tina for sharing!

Meatloaf with Italian Sausage

Based on the fact that I made it 2 days in a row and all 3 of my meat eaters gave it a thumbs up, I must give it 5 stars. I used hot sausage in mine and was generous with the green peppers and onions. Thank you D.Detmann for making meatloaf new again!
