Wisconsin Bratwurst
Delightful - I used half the amount of butter to try and be a little healthy. And I did only have one tin of Stella - but none-the-less delighful. Hubby liked them too. The onions are to die for.

Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo
superb burgers, meaty, and full of flavour. had them twice in one week. could become friday night's special.

Chili con Carne III
its certainly packed with flavour but hot it isnt. certainly needs more umpfff. i would suggest green chillies and a large dash of tabasco sauce maybe. we like a chillie with a kick!!
