White Chili
I really cannot understand all of the raving about this recipe. I made it last night, I am not an inexperienced cook, and it was a total dud. It was terribly dry, so I kept adding water, and it kept drying up (and I actually used a lid to keep the moisture from escaping). Finally I added about 1/2 c. of refried beans to achieve some kind of smoothness, but it was no use. No flavor, terrible texture -- I've already thrown out the recipe.
