Cream Cheese Penguins
These were fun to make. I think I might try flavored cream cheese today when I make them but I loved the plain cream cheese too. Softening the cream cheese and piping it in with a pastry bag worked great. I cut the noses a little thinner so they'd go in easier. WHEN THE PENGUINS ARRIVED AT THE DINNER PARTY THEY WERE A HUGE HIT!! And, they all got eaten after everyone had gotten over the cuteness of them! A couple were taken home so that they could be shown to other people. These guys are definitey worth the effort.
