Best Ever Meatloaf I
This is just like the recipe that used to be on the container of Mother's Oats--we've been using it for 3 generations. Very versatile--I often cook it in holiday shapes on a cookie sheet (heart, shamrock, etc--made freehand) and glaze it with ketchup and A1 (3 T ketchup, 1 T A1). It cooks up much faster when made into a shape that's 1-2 inches thick.

Cherry Ham Glaze
My husband and mother-in-law both said this was the best ham they'd ever tasted. The jar of preserves I bought was 17.5 oz, so I did 1.5 times everything (except the spices--doubled those). For a 14 pound ham, next time I would double the amount of glaze. Used 1 cup to baste the ham during the last hour, then mixed 4 cups of drippings with the remaining glaze and 2 tablespoons of flour. Served as a gravy on the side. They couldn't get enough of it!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
Easy, with a good texture, but the flavor of the more traditional peanut butter kiss cookies is better.
