Mmmmmmmmmm! Even my son who doesn't eat onions, olives, or mushrooms cleaned it up. I kept really close to the recipe but used the Tilapia I had on hand. Also, put in some sliced baby port mushrooms with the onions. Seasoned it up a bit kosher salt, black pepper, extra garlic, and basil. After adding the tomatoes, be sure to cook the sauce mixture down until it's no longer watery for a good consitency as some canned tomatoes have a higher liquid content.
