For my day job, I am an Assessment Coordinator for a school district in the city I live in. For my night job, I am a wife and mother of 4 boys and one girl. One of my favorite past times is cooking (except I hate to do dishes).

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins
My family and friends devoured these muffins. After I put the streusel topping on half of the muffins, I added chopped pecans to it for the remainder. Gone!

Unbelievable Rolls
I have made these rolls at least once a week since I found the recipe. Everyone loves them! I even made a batch to take camping. They stayed fresh and were even good for sandwiches!

Cake Balls
My family loved these! AFter reading the reviews, I waited until the cake was cool, crumbled it and added the frosting. I froze the balls after baking and then dipped. Turned out beautiful. I made a peppermint cake, added fudge frosting. Dipped in both white and dark chocolate. Very well received by all.
