Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
these are great but not as good as the ones I had in Idaho. However, everyone who has tried them loves them.

Spanish Rice Original
Very nice flavor. I overfried my rice though so it did not get soft. Will try it again.

Espinacas con Garbanzos (Spinach with Garbanzo Beans)
very unique dish. Dad & I loved it. Mom not so much. It's alot personal preference.
