Learning how to make homemade rolls with my aunt for holiday dinners. evey holiday I am expected to bring the desserts and if i don't people are disappointed. I made a fabulous chocolate cake with mouse and chocolate ganache for Thanksgiving dinner. My family did not believe that I made it. It was so moist and tasted even better the 2nd day. That is my signature special occassion cake.
