Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables
I really enjoyed this recipe. The only change I made was getting the diced tomatoes that come already seasoned- the Italian option. It was yummy! I think it might be great to make with Italian sausage instead of the turkey as well, just maybe not as healthy... Will definitely make again!

Sweet Potato Pie I
I doubled the spices as recommended by other reviewers and this came out perfect! Loved it!

Chicken Scampi II
This was ok. It was kind of on the bland side. I wonder if you let the chicken soak in the butter/oil/spice mixture overnight if that would help. I might try again that way.
