Holiday Pumpkin Bread
WOW! This is the first pumpkin bread recipe that has won my whole family's approval! My kids took it to school EVERY DAY for their snack and their teachers sent them home asking for the recipe! My husband took a loaf to work, and came home with 12 people asking for the recipe as well! This a very generous recipe, I made two huge loaves that were VERY moist and spicy. The only alteration I made was adding a whole 30 ounce can of pumpkin puree instead of the 15 oz can it called for. I wanted to make sure it had a lot of pumpkin flavor, and I wasn't disappointed in the least. This will be the recipe I choose to make everytime we have a craving for pumpkin bread! Thank you!

Steak Fajitas
I agree that the meat IS a little too strong on the lime! But I only marinated it for an hour and a half, and added my own spices (Mrs. Dash extra spicy blend) to it along with the fresh cilantro. I served it with black beans, Spanish rice and homemade guacamole, and when mixed with the above in a warm flour tortilla, it's actually VERY GOOD! I will make this recipe again!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I love this recipe. I marinated my chicken breasts in a marinade of my choice for a good two hours before I put them in the crockpot. I also ommitted the corn and can of beer, but only because I didn't have them on hand. It still turned out DELICIOUS, and it's now one of my family's favorites. We eat it with slightly warmed white corn tortillas, as well.
