Hands down, this has got to be the fresh rocky mountain oysters cooked on the iron fire while we were branding. Doesn't get much better than that!
My cooking triumphs
Teaching my roommates in Germany how to make poached eggs was a very interesting experiment. You should have seen their eyes when they saw me plop the egg into the water without the shell. LOL
My cooking tragedies
No real tragedies to speak of...I have had all the usual such as burning stuff beyond recongnition and/or not cooking long enough.
