Black Beans and Rice

I liked this for a quick easy meal that is really cheap. I did have to add cheese and picante sauce to make the dish really sing.

Complaints of saltiness? No kidding, drop the 1 tablespoon of salt altogether,and you probably only need 1 tsp. of chicken bouillon per cup of liquid for the white sauce. 2000 mg of sodium per serving is ridiculous. Otherwise, this sounds good.

Easy Pizza Sauce III

Beats the heck out of the stuff at the store! It improved one of my recipes, pizza burgers, so much I couldn't believe it. I followed some of the suggestions like adding sugar. Wow, I will never buy again, it was soooo easy.

Amish Meatloaf

this was totally awesome, the only change I made was having a mixture of ground pork and ground beef. Wow, the best meatloaf ever.

Lunch Box Pizzas

I made these because my 5-year-old was bored with school lunch choices. These were SO easy and both my kids love them. I had to try one and the taste was very, very good. I was pleasantly surprised. The only change I made was to use mozzarella instead like real pizza. I also plan to make them with browned and crumbled Italian sausage.
