I travel alot, have three homes in sunny locations. I am an avid golfer and work out alot. This is to keep up with my intake of calories from cooking and eating out frequently. I have gone to cooking classes for 23 years including some certificate series. I have six children who are all out of the house.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking comfort food and barbeque, Italian, french and holiday foods. My husband says I am the sauce queen.
My cooking triumphs
Cooking for a company dinner for thirty people at our home on Mercer Island including a pasta making demo....everyone loved it.
My cooking tragedies
I have had some tragedies but I don't sweat it. If it is to close to serving time and can't be fixed, I just forget it and move on. It is going to happen, it happens to everyone, just move on and don't worry. You will learn something that you will not forget everytime something happens that you could have controlled.

Tiny Chicken Turnovers
I found this recipe to be very easy to follow. It is very good, taste like a chicken pot pie. don't leave out the poultry seasoning, its escential. My husband and I gave it a thumbs up.
