I am a newlywed, so I have not been cooking long. I started a little in college, but it was very limited. I like to try new recipes but it is hard because my husband won't eat veggies. I love to cook chicken anything! I just like how diverse a meat it is. Every Christmas my grandmother and sister and I make all the family desserts for Christmas dinner. We spend hours in the kitchen making a slew of family recipes. When I first was married, I had an incident with a whole chicken that still had the giblets intact. I called my grandmother and she instructed me as to what to do. It turned out beautifully! Luckily I have not had any tragedies yet, just a few recipes that were less than delightful.
