I made these this morning and they turned out Great. I love the cream cheese in the middle. I often put the cream cheese mixture in all the muffins I make.

The best!! Changed I made: chicken broth instead of the beef, sauted 1 chopped onion and celery. Used white kidney beans, fresh baby spinach 1/4 cup small pasta soup noodles. Someimes, I make mini meatball with ground pork, ground beef, 1 egg, bread crumbs and parsley. I roast the meatballs and throw them in the soup. Be careful not add too many meatball...you don't want a super thick soup. It is so good!

Yummy! The only changes I mad were: 1 28oz drained can of plum tomatoes 6 cups of beef broth.
