Pressure Cooker Beef Stew
This is a great basic beef stew recipe....I made the following changes: canned beef broth for the bullion/water, 3 cloves of garlic(pressed), 2 sprigs of thyme, 1 TBS of dried parsley, and 5 meat soup bones. It is my new favorite beef stew recipe. Thanks for sharing it!!

Sunday Brunch Casserole
This was easy as well as tasty. I can not eat wheat...this is the only breakfast casserole I have ever seen without bread or a can of soup. I did omit the dill and bell pepper, I did add 4 oz of green chillies. Outstanding.

Jicama and Pineapple Salad in a Cilantro Vinaigrette
This was a cool and delicious salad...I made it by the directions with no change...next time I will add more avocado , none the less..an excellent twist on salad. Thanks!
