Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Sugar Coated Pecans

If you like these cookie balls with the chocolate oreos, you MUST try them with the Golden Oreos! They are soooo good!! Next time I'm going to try using Nutter Butter cookies :) I use the food processor to crush the cookies, put them in a gallon size freezer bag with the cream cheese, squish it all together, freeze for an hour or so, then roll onto balls and place in the freezer until ready to dip. It works much better to dip the frozen balls that way the cookie doesn't ooze out of the chocolate.

No Bake Cookies III

Follow this trick for a perfect no bake cookie- bring to a rolling boil over medium heat for 90 seconds and DO NOT STIR, if you stir these or boil them over high heat they turn out DRY, if you don't bring them to a rolling boil or don't cook them for 90 seconds then turn out too SOFT and do not set! You will end up with a perfect cookie guaranteed!!

Black Halloween Punch

This punch was such a hit at a Halloween party we attended, I doubled it of course, and made ice cubes out of both orange and grape Kool-Aid, and put a gummy worm in the center of each cube before freezing, then just put a couple ice cubes in everyone's cup before adding the punch. What a treat, even the adults loved it!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These muffins are so tasty! I also doubled the topping, which was probably unnecessary, I had a lot left over. I made two batches of these muffins, the second batch was for my husband who doesn't like blueberries, so I just added cinnamon to the batter instead. My family loved these!

Chocolate Butter-Creme Frosting

This frosting is delicious!! I made it just as the recipe stated, I didn't measure the milk, I might have added a little bit more than called for, but anyways it is perfect, especially for chocolate lovers!!

Turtle Cake I

This cake was yummy! I used a triple chocolate cake mix, that already had chocolate chips in it, and cooked it in two 9in round cake pans, then after the cake cooled I poured the caramel/pecan mixture over the bottom layer, put the top layer on, topped it with the chocolate buttercream frosting on this site, and drizzled some caramel over the top and sprinkled with chopped pecans and chocolate! VERY tasty!!
