Fresh Asparagus Soup
Wow, what a great soup. I used half asparagus, half broccoli and substituted milk for soymilk. We ate it lukewarm with a tomato and walnut salad and crusty bread. Will definitely make again.

Avocado, Beet and Arugula Salad with Chevre Tartine
This was excellent--light and very tasty. French hubby and I both loved it. I used pine nuts instead of hazelnuts.

Beer Batter Crepes I
This makes great crepes, both for salty and dessert crepes (so says my French husband as well). His only issue was that he had to add more milk just before frying them up to get the right consistency. We'll use this one again.
