Broccoli Delight Salad
I substituted the raisins with dried cranberry and the sunflower seeds with toasted almonds. Even my kids, who usually don't like broccoli had seconds of this salad. It's definitely a keeper!

Baked Pork Chops I
I have made this twice for my family and they raved over this dish both times! I used 1/2 cup of white wine instead of 1/3 cup. Other than that I kept everything the same. Thanks for a great recipe!

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
My husband and kiddos raved over these ribs! They claimed they were the best ribs they had ever eaten. I followed the recipe exactly, and they turned out great. Definitely a keeper! Thanks Scott.
