Chinese Lion's Head Soup

We increased the broth to 5 cups chicken broth and 3 cups of water. We only had regular cabbage on hand and added it, along with the broccoli, in the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. We garnished it with green onion & cilantro and sometimes we serve it with Yellow Noodles or ramen!
