Wilma's Clam Chowder
Changed recipe to serve 8. Added half a large onion and one large carrot(instead of 2 onions), a can of cream of celery + milk to equal 4 cups of milk, added a little garlic powder & basil. Didn't add the crushed saltine crackers. Was absolutely delicious! Will make again. Thank you Wilma. =)

Italian One Step Casserole
Guess I changed this recipe to "Italian More Than One Step Casserole". Instead of throwing everything directly into the oven, I fried the breakfast turkey sausage, red onion, chopped cauliflower(7x8ziplock bag amount),(instead of carrots), and spices in a non-stick frying pan. Added garlic powder and basil, less salt, and more oregano & pepper. While doing this I boiled the potatoes and sprayed the roasting pan with oil. Dumped everything into the pan and topped with canned whole tomatoes, Mozza, and parmesan cheese. Baked covered for 20 minutes. It was juicy, Absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it. Thanks Michele!

Cabbage Borsht
This was delicious! I sized the recipe down to serve 5, and added all the ingredients(except bay leaves, didn't have any), into the crock-pot. Turned it up to high for about 4-5 hours. Instead of bone-in chicken pieces I used boneless chicken thighs, and dried dill instead of fresh. My family ate with no complaints! We enjoyed the soup with some stoned wheat crackers. It makes great left overs the next day. Thank you Star20 for the great borsht. 5 stars...would make again! :)
