I love this recipe and have made it many times. I like to add chopped fresh basil to the ricotta. Fast, easy, simple and delicious!!!!

Smooth Sweet Tea

Wow! The baking soda really does make a difference! Tastes just like McD's sweet tea, which I am addicted to. Glad I can save money by making my own. Thanks!

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

So satisfying and easy to make! I didn't add extra salt--the broth had enough. And I omitted the bread (trying to cut extra carbs!) and just placed the cheese on top of the soup. Will make this again!!
