Quick and Easy Lemon Pie
Myself and my family members all loved this pie! I made it for a BBQ over the weekend and there wasn't a crumb left! The only thing I would suggest is using soft cream cheese instead of a block because the block doesn't melt down smoothly in the pie. It still tasted great though and I will definitely be making this again and again!

Holiday Burritos
My husband and I didn't like these at all. We thought they were very bland and were definitely missing that something special. I even added some sausage to them. I will not be making these again.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
This was awesome! I added some chicken to it for some protein. My husband and I both loved this. I brought some leftovers for lunch the next day and all of my coworkers demanded I give them the recipe. It is quick and easy to make. This is definitely a keeper in my recipe box!
